The Transportation Plan update aims to assess the multi-modal transportation needs of Duvall residents, businesses, and visitors over a 20-year planning horizon. The Transportation Plan (Plan) implements the goals and policies of the City’s Comprehensive Plan. It defines programs and projects to align with recent changes to Puget Sound Regional Council’s (PSRC) Vision 2050 and King County's Countywide Planning Policies (CPPs). The Plan also responds to transformations occurring as significant growth impacts the community. Additionally, the Plan incorporates broader concepts, including equity, health, safety, maintenance, shared-use mobility, accessibility, and livability. Upon Adoption, the Plan will be adopted by reference in the City’s Comprehensive Plan, Transportation Element, to meet GMA requirements.
