  • The Duvall Police Department does not use stationary or mobile ALPRs, speed zone cameras, or red-light cameras.  There are other agencies within our region that utilize ALPRs, but the Duvall Police Department has not used data from those systems.  The Duvall Police Department has never collected data from ALPR systems in the past and do not intend to move forward with these devices at this time.  If we were to consider these devices in the future, the Duvall Police Department would seek City Council approval, create a policy regarding use, and seek input from the Duvall community prior to implementation.
