Councilmember Wiggins moved to Duvall in 2003 for its small-town charm and unique character. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business and has 35+ years of experience working in financial operations and project management.
He is an advocate for community safety and fiscal transparency and supports local small businesses. He is committed to ensuring our town’s future growth is thoughtful and purposeful.
Councilmember Wiggins was a member of the Duvall Planning Commission before being elected to City Council position #6 in November 2025. His current term expires December 31, 2030.
