   The following form is provided to make setting up your utility service more convenient for you. These utilities consist of water, sewer & storm drain that are billed monthly. Bills are generated at the end of each month and are due on the 20th of the following month. There is an account set up fee of $15.00 for each new utility account. 

   If you are a renter of the property please contact your landlord for account information. All utility accounts remain in the property owner's name.

    What is the closing date? Per DMC, we are required to open/close accounts according to the actual closing date. The City does not recognize rent back situations.

23. Garbage and Recycling

    Garbage and curbside recycling is mandatory in the City limits of Duvall. Service is provided by Waste Management. For service & billing questions, please contact their customer service at 425-814-1695 or visit https://wmnorthwest.com/duvall/.
