A historical farmstead, the wooden frame house, built in 1888, has been restored. Farmhouse, outbuildings, and barn are some of the oldest standing structures in the Snoqualmie River Valley. The farmstead was designated an historic site by the King County Landmarks Preservation Board in 1983 and by the State in 2004.


The Historical Society opens the Dougherty House for public viewing, now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, each Sunday, May through September from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. For more information visit the Duvall Historical website.
