Options for People with Limited Income:
- ORCA LIFT card
- An ORCA LIFT card provides reduced transit fares on 9 different service providers, including King County Metro and Sound Transit. A person’s gross household income must be no more than 200% of federal poverty level to qualify for the card. Upon qualifying, visit an enrollment office with verification documents. - Subsidized Annual Pass (Cash Programs)
- The subsidized annual pass allows for zero-cost fares on King County Metro services and Sound Transit Metro services for King, Pierce, or Snohomish county residents receiving ongoing cash assistance benefits. For benefits eligibility visit, washintonconnection.org or call 877-501-2233. To apply for Subsidized Pass call either 800-756-5437, 877-501-2233 or 206-960-1582.
