City Public Records Request

The City Clerk is Duvall's Public Records Officer. Requests for public records should be submitted to the City Clerk's office using the Public Records Request form. For more information, contact the City Clerk at 425-788-1185. 

Please note, Police Department records requests must be filed directly with the Police Department. You can contact them at 425-788-1519.

Submit Public Records Request

You may submit your request:

Records may be inspected free of charge at City Hall.


 Fees for Records:

Photocopies or printed copies of electronic records, $0.15 per page

  • Paper records scanned into electronic format, $0.10 per page
  • Electronic files uploaded to email, cloud-based data storage, $0.05 per four files
  • The transmission fee for records in electronic form is $0.10 per GB
  • Storage media, actual cost
  • Postage, actual cost
