The responsibility of the Building department is to protect the public’s health, life safety, and general welfare on the Built Environment incorporating the development and application of best practices principles.
Inspections can be scheduled by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 425.788.1160 and providing the following information:
- Permit Number
- Type of Inspection
- Contact name and phone number
All inspections must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that the cut off time for inspection requests is 3 p.m.
Duvall Municipal Code 6.04.060 specifies hours for construction activities as follows:
- Monday – Saturday: 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Sunday and Holidays: No work allowed
All types of improvements regardless of requiring a building permit are subject to land use regulations, e.g. property setbacks. Please contact the Planning Department, 425-788-1185, for more information.
