• 7/31/09: Stella Street closed between Main St and Riverside Avenue for Open House activities.

• Week of 7/6/09: Periodic closures and detours for concrete median work, landscaping, and utility removal.
• 7/3/09: No Work in Observance of Independence Day.
• Week of 6/29/09: Periodic closures and detours for concrete median work, landscaping, and utility removal.
• Week of 6/22/09: Minor traffic delays for landscaping and other activities. Possible periodic closures for cable and pole removal along east side of Main.
• Week of 6/15/09: Minor traffic delays for median work and signal loop switch. Possible periodic closures for cable removal along east side of Main.
• 6/8/09: Beginning at 5 AM crews will start work on the remaining crosswalks located at Woodinville - Duvall Road and Main Street. Traffic will be controlled by flaggers and will be reduced to one lane for up to four days as each crosswalk is complete. Expect significant delays. Detours will be posted.
• Week of 6/8/09: Landscaping, Utility, and miscellaneous work continues. Expect one lane traffic and some street closures throughout project.
• Week of 6/1/09: Begin work on medians. Expect one-way traffic and delays throughout project.
• 6 PM 5/31/09 - 6/3/09: Main Street will be closed for road work. Click here for detour MAP. Truck traffic will be detoured along the west Snoqualmie Valley Rd. between 124th St. and Woodinville Duvall Rd. Click HERE for map of the truck detour route.
• 5/26/09 - 5/29/09: Overlay paving Tuesday 5/26 - Friday 5/29. Work will occur overnight between 8 pm and 5 am. Woodinville - Duvall Road will be closed for overlay paving, weather dependent. Detours will be provided.
• 5/18/09: MONDAY - Installation of new signal pole at Main and Woodinville - Duvall. Expect some delay while existing pole is replaced.
• Week of 5/18/09: Expect one way traffic and some delays throughout project. After grinding and before overlay the road will have rough, abrupt edges, and transitions to other streets. Please take caution during this time.
• 5/11/09 - 5/13/09: MONDAY - WEDNESDAY - Stella Street, east and west of Main, and Stewart Street east of Main will both be closed for concrete crosswalk installation. Please use Stephens and Cherry Streets; and Riverside, Railroad, and 1st Avenues to access businesses and parking in that area. Street closure and detour route signs will be in place to assist in navigating around the closures. NIGHT WORK - 8 pm - 5 am! Asphalt grinding and road repair throughout project. Expect one way traffic and delays.
• 5/4/09 - 5/6/09: MONDAY - WEDNESDAY - Cherry Street, east and west of Main, will be closed for concrete crosswalk installation. Please use Stella and Stewart Streets, and Riverside and First Avenues to access businesses and parking in that area. Street closure and detour route signs will be in place to assist in navigating around the closures.
• Week of 5/4/09: Possible delays for trench patching and road repair, weather permitting. On way traffic at times through project.
• Week of 4/27/09: Paving throughout project. Expect one-way traffic and detours up and down Main.
• Week of 4/20/09: Possible road repair work and one way traffic throughout project.
• 4/14/09: TUESDAY - Cherry Street east of Main closed for water main tie-in.
• 4/13/09: MONDAY - Stella Street west of Main closed for water main tie-in at Railroad Ave.
• Week of 4/13/09: Various side street closures for utility work. Detours will be provided.
• 4/9/09: THURSDAY - Stewart Street closed east of Main for water main tie-in.<

• Week of 3/2/09: Possible Work at City Hall along Stella. Various side street closures possible. Detours provided.
• Week of 2/23/09: Water main installation on Stella between Main and Railroad Ave. Detours will be provided as necessary. Utility installation crossing Cherry, expect detours.
• Week of 2/16/09: No Work on President's Day (2/16/09). Vault installation near Ixtapa. Expect one-way traffic at times.
• Week of 2/9/09: Stella closed at Main for utility work crossing roadway. Detours will be provided. One way traffic south of Stephens periodically.
• Week of 2/2/09: Work in Stephens Street east and west of Main. Concrete pours between Stella and Stephens. Expect some delays. Detour routes will be provided.
• Week of 1/26/09: Utility work on, in and across Stephens Street and intersection. Expect some delays. Detour routes will be provided.
• Week of 1/21/09: Waterline installation across Woodinville - Duvall Road. Some delays expected.
• Week of 1/12/09: Some closures for storm installation. Main Street crossings between Cherry and Stella will require detours.
• 12/22/08 -1/2/09: Holiday break, no construction activity.
• Week of 12/15/08: No work due to weather.
• Week of 12/8/08: Some closures on Stella Street for utility work, detours will be provided. Storm work on and in Cherry Street.
• Week of 12/1/08: Some closures on Stella Street for utility work, detours will be provided.
• Week of 11/24/08: Sawcutting and possible water main crossing Woodinville - Duvall Road.
• Week of 11/17/08: Stephens Street will be closed west of Main Street on 11/17 and 11/18 for water and storm work. Detours along Stella Street will be provided. On 11/19 sawcutting across Main Street.
• Week of 11/10/08: Waterline connections on Stella Street between Main Street and Riverside. Access will be restricted but detours will be provided.
• 11/5/08 - 11/6/08: Temporary video detection will be installed at Stephens and Virginia Streets. Traffic on Virginia and Stephens will be temporarily detoured around the work area while system is being placed.
• November 3, 2008 Riverside Avenue will be used for two way traffic between Cherry and Stella Streets. The current one way signs will be covered and signs on either end will warn of a narrow roadway. No parking will be available along the east side of Riverside. Parking will be allowed on the west side along the fence line. Opening Riverside to two way traffic will help provide access to businesses during the Main Street Project.
• Week of 11/3/08: Restricted parking on Cherry Street due to waterline and utility work. Waterline work on Stella Street, detours will be posted.
• Week of 10/27/08: Waterline work crossing Stella Street. Some temporary closures will occur.
• Week of 10/20/08: Waterline work crossing Cherry Street. Some temporary closures will occur.
• Week of 10/13/08: Asphalt grinding will begin from Bird St to Stephens St. Sidewalk removal will follow grinding on the west side. (Largely postponed until after 10/31/08).
• Estimated start date to begin construction is October 13, 2008. Construction will start of the west side of Main Street.
