• Week of 7/6/09: Broadstripe conversion and fiber splicing begins at 1 AM on 7/7/09. Landscaping and finish work continues through project. Power poles scheduled for removal on 7/9/09.
• Week of 6/29/09: PSE to begin wire and equipment removal the night of the 29th. Landscaping work to continue throughout project. Concrete work in the medians and along the east side of Main where poles were located.
• Week of 6/22/09: Removal of Verizon cable and poles. Continue landscaping and median work. Finish raising valves, catch basins, and manholes to new road grade.
• Week of 6/15/09: Continue landscape work on medians and planters. Begin planting late in the week. Cut over to new signal loop system 6/16. Continue utility work with possible beginning of telephone cable removal late in the week.
• Week of 6/8/09: Continue irrigation and landscape work throughout project. Continue utility conversions.

• Week of 6/1/09: Complete crosswalk installation and begin work on median curbs.
• 5/31/09 - 6/3/09: Main Street will be CLOSED for concrete crosswalk installation. See Traffic Alerts page for details.
• Week of 5/25/09: Continue median and utility work, and pave final asphalt overlay.
• 5/25/09: MEMORIAL DAY - NO WORK
• 5/26/09 - 5/29/09: Overlay paving Tuesday 5/26 - Friday 5/29 on Main Street, weather dependent, work will occur from 8 pm - 5 am! See Traffic Alerts page for details.
• Week of 5/18/09: Work continues on medians and utilities. Landscaping may begin throughout project. Begin service conversions.
• Week of 5/11/09: Crosswalk installation Stella and Stewart, see Traffic Alerts for more information. Asphalt grinding and road repair continues over night. Utility cable installation continues.
• Week of 5/4/09: Crosswalk installation Cherry Street, see Traffic Alerts for more information. Curb, gutter, and driveway installation between Stewart and Virginia. Utility work and road repair continue throughout project.
• Week of 4/27/09: Utility crews continue cable pulling an splicing. Road repair and possible sawcutting for medians throughout project. Possible installation of pedestrian luminaries throughout project.
• Week of 4/20/09: Wall construction in various locations. Utility crews continue cable and wire installation and splicing. Possible road repair work throughout project. Concrete pours north of Virginia and in front of EarthHeat. Finish sewer stub-outs.
• Week of 4/13/09: Finish work on wall at Stephens Street. Continue and complete side street tie-ins of joint utility trench along Main. Utility crews will be pulling in cable and wire in different locations along the project. Crews will also complete the final two water main tie-ins. Continue concrete installation north of Stewart Street.
• Week of 4/6/09: Curb, gutter, and sidewalk along east side of Main. Broadstripe on site pulling cable. Water main tie-ins throughout project on side streets. Check Traffic Alerts page for more details.
• Week of 3/30/09: Continue water service swaps and joint utility trench work. Storm installation and curb and gutter work going north from Stewart.
• Week of 3/23/09: Joint utility trench work along east side. Water main tie-ins, service swaps and AC main abandonment. Pour curb, gutter and sidewalk; dependent on weather conditions.
• Week of 3/16/09: Joint utility trench crossing Virginia. Curb and gutter prep between Cherry and Virginia. Sidewalk prep between Stella and Cherry. Water main work in intersection at Stephens. Decks and steps built at CC's Espresso and NW Art Center.
• 3/14/09: Construction Carnival!!!
• Week of 3/9/09: Utility installation between Stewart and Virginia. Sidewalk grading begins along east side.
• Week of 3/2/09: Possible curb and gutter prep work beginning along east side. Utility work continues near Stewart.
• Week of 2/23/09: Water main installation on Stella between Main and Railroad Ave. Utility installation crossing Cherry Street. Construction of concrete seat wall at the NE corner of Stephens and Main continues.
• Week of 2/16/09: No Work on President's Day (2/16/09). Utility trench work between Stella and Cherry and crossing Cherry during the week. Pothole utilities on Stella. PSE to set new term poles throughout site. Vault installation near Ixtapa. Some lane closures will be necessary.
• Week of 2/9/09: Utility trench continues north crossing Stella on east side of Main and on Stephens going east of Main.
• Week of 2/2/09: Utility work continues on Stephens east and west of Main and on the east side from Stephens to Cherry. Sidewalk removal begins between Stella and Cherry Streets. Sidewalk installation on west side of Main from Stella to Stephens and further south.
• Week of 1/26/09: Utility installation on, in and across Stephens Street lasting through Wednesday. Signal base at Virginia and banner poles along west side set to be drilled and poured Monday and Tuesday. Sidewalk removal on Monday between Stella and Stephens on east side. Sidewalk grading and installation will continue along west side. Water main installation from Woodinville-Duvall to Bird Street beginning on Wednesday.
• Week of 1/21/09: Waterline installation across Woodinville - Duvall Road. Some delays expected.
• Week of 1/19/09: Sidewalk installation between Stella and Cherry. Sidewalk grading. Miscellaneous work from Stella to Stephens. Dry utility work continues south of Stephens.
• Week of 1/13/09: Utility work south of Stephens. Main Street Utility crossings between Cherry and Stephens. Curb and gutter work installation Stella and Stephens later in the week.
• 12/22/08 - 1/2/09: Holiday break, no construction activity.
• Week of 12/15/08: No work due to weather.
• Week of 12/8/08: Utility work will also continue from Stella south on the west side of Main Street. There will be some closures on Stella Street, detours will be provided. Curb and gutter grading from Cherry Street to Stephens Street. Curb and gutter work from Stella to Stephens and sidewalk grading / installation beginning at Stewart. Signal / illumination work headed south from Stephens Street.
• Week of 12/1/08: Utility work will also continue from Stella south on the west side of Main Street. There will be some closures on Stella Street, detours will be provided. Curb and gutter grading from Cherry Street to Stephens Street.
• Week of 11/24/08: Utility work will continue from Stella south on the west side of Main Street.
• Week of 11/17/08: Waterline work in Stephens Street west of Main. Vault installation near library and utility work from Stella to Stewart.
• Week of 11/10/08: Waterline work on Stella Street, utility work continues between Stewart and Stella. Sawcutting may begin in Main Street at different areas of the project.
• Week of 11/3/08: Waterline and utility work on Cherry Street. Sidewalk removal may begin south of Cherry Street.
• Week of 10/27/08: Waterline installation will continue through Stephens Street. Utility trench work will also begin at Stewart Street behind waterline work.
• Week of 10/20/08: Waterline installation begins from Stewart to Stella Street.
• Week of 10/13/08: Asphalt grinding in water trench on west side will begin from Bird St to Stephens St.
