Click on images for full size drawing The city will be reconstructing the entire sidewalk and roadway surface from Stephens to Bird Street. We will incorporate sidewalk curb extension and a median in the core of Historic Downtown to aid in traffic calming and improving pedestrian safety.
Businesses will remain open during construction and access will be available to each building. Service interruptions will need to occur, however the schedule will be posted on the Project Updates page and also discussed weekly between the Project Manager, City, Contractor, and local business owners.
