All vendors are encouraged to decorate their area. Please see applications for booth fees and agreements for detailed information.
The deadline for all applications is May 15, 2009. Get an early application discount by turning in your application by April 17th.
Arts & Crafts, Farmers Vendors
Arts & Craft applicants will be judged on the quality and originality of their work. Farmers that have value-added product that they wish to sell will be required to go through the Jury process and will be considered a part of the Arts and Crafts category. Farmers who sell just produce, seasonal fruits, flowers, etc., will not be required to go through the Jury process. The jury will strive to limit duplication of products, activities and services offered at the festival. We reserve the right to limit the number of accepted applications per category.
Business Vendors
Business booths will be required to have an interactive activity. Interactive activities could include a game or fun project for kids and adults.
Non-Profit Vendors
Non-profit booths are required to have an interactive activity. Interactive activities could include a game or fun project for kids and adults. Booths that are selling a product must meet the requirements of the jurying process for arts and crafts vendors.
