Phase 2: NE 145th and 275th Sidewalk Improvements
The City of Duvall has received an Urban Vitality grant from the State of Washington Department of Commerce in the amount of $600,000.00. This funding will allow us to award the Phase 2 Sidewalk Improvement project to the low responsible bidder West Coast Construction on February 11, 2010.

Construction will include the installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk on both sides of 275th Avenue NE between NE 144th Street then south to NE 141st Court. Drainage improvements will include storm pond re-sizing, storm pipe and catch basin installation. Bike lanes, on-street parking, ADA ramps and a full street overlay will complete the project.
