Phase 1: NE 145th and 275th Sidewalk Improvements
The project includes curb, gutter and sidewalk on the north side of NE 145th Street from the 27100 block then continuing east into the intersection of NE 145th Street and 275th Avenue. Sidewalk will be installed on both sides of 275th Avenue NE between NE 145th Lane and south to NE 144th Street. New asphalt overlay and landscape will complete the enhancement.

The existing storm pond in the intersection was improved for storm water quality, efficiency and to accommodate for future development.
Contract awarded to West Coast Construction on August 13, 2009 for $502,998.00.
Construction timeline: August 2009-November 2009.
