- Initial public contact at City Hall
- Preparation of City Council Meeting agendas and minutes
- Receives Citizen Action Requests
- Manages and responds to requests for Public Records
- Issues Business Licenses
- Issues Pet Licenses
- Maintains Small Works Roster and Vendor List
- City liaison with King County Elections
- Serves as the designated agent for receiving claims against the City
- Manages official records including Ordinances and Resolutions
- Custodian of contracts and agreements
- Publishes monthly Duvall News newsletter and other various publications
- Assist in maintaining Official City of Duvall website
- Manages Rose Room use and rental
- Manages Special Event Requests
- Manages of City of Duvall Recycling events and grants
